Welcome to omni4j. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of omni4j, a Static Application Security Testing (SAST) tool. By downloading, installing, or using omni4j, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part thereof, you must not use omni4j.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the author (hereinafter referred to as "Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use omni4j solely for your internal business purposes.
Generation and Use
The license key for omni4j is generated via the IntelliJ plugin or the CLI script and is valid for one month for free. Upon expiration, you must contact [email protected] to extend the license. The license key is restricted to a single computer. Once the license key has been activated on a computer, it cannot be used on any other computer without prior authorization from the omni4j support team.
When registering, the user must provide their legal name, surname, and business email. Any fake accounts detected will be removed from the system and are prohibited by the Licensor.
Single-Use
Each license key is valid for use on a single machine only. Any attempt to use the same license key on multiple machines is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your license.
Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the software.
Use omni4j for any commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Licensor.
Redistribute, sublicense, lease, sell, or rent the software.
Modify, alter, or create derivative works of the software.
Transfer the software or any rights granted hereunder to any third party.
Code Bases
omni4j does not transmit your code bases to any backend components. The only data sent to backend components are the project's library names and versions, solely for the purpose of checking dependency vulnerabilities. No source code is transmitted to the backend, and the data is analyzed but not stored.
User Data
omni4j neither engages in any malicious activities nor processes any sensitive user data. The only technical information collected is the MD5 hash of the user's computer Ethernet interface's MAC address, which is used to match it with the given license key. Apart from this, no other technical information is stored for the usage of omni4j.
All rights, title, and interest in and to omni4j, including any intellectual property rights therein, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the Licensor. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Licensor.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this license. Upon termination of this license, you must cease all use of omni4j and destroy all copies, full or partial, of omni4j.
omni4j is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Licensor does not warrant that the software will be error-free or that any errors will be corrected.
In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) arising out of your use of or inability to use omni4j, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Azerbaijan, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
